Cigars from Costa Rica
Costa Rica grows mountain tobacco, often from Cuban seed, in rich volcanic soil. Its cigars remain rare, but they offer well-behaved wrappers and balanced blends with notes of wood, coffee and mild spice. A discreet origin that a few factories are steadily moving upmarket.
