On Saturday 7 November, we’ll be in Bevaix (NE) for a convivial meal to sample the famous Saucisson au marc.

René Pierre Nicolet, a winemaker and cellar master at Domaine des Balises, will welcome us into his wine cellar to offer us a tasting of his wines, which have won an impressive number of awards.

The family, which has owned the estate since 1856, continues to strive for excellence to this day.
