The order

To ensure that we can always offer you new discoveries and satisfy your appetite as an aficionado, we stock up continuously. With us, there's no mass storage and no question of letting these beautiful modules that have travelled so far to reach us wither away.
All our selections are ordered and delivered in the same month.

Quality control

All our cigars are checked by hand by our team. Their humidity is ensured by a short stay in a humidor before they are packed in individual bags and sent to you.
When certain cigars do not pass this check, they are removed from the stock. So there's no risk of ending up with a bad vitola in your batch. In the event of a manufacturing defect that we have missed, you can always contact us to find a solution.

Shipping

When you order a subscription from us, we take care to wrap everything in bubble wrap to protect the cigars from shocks during transport. We also place the cigars in a second airtight envelope to maintain the ideal humidity level during transport. This envelope even allows you to keep the cigars at home without humidor for several weeks. Its kraft paper lining also protects against light and limits temperature variations.
