MOSH Torpedo

Created by Adrien Dalang, the new MOSH cigar range captivates with its bold and authentic flavours. Like their designer, these cigars invite you to enjoy a moment of sharing and conviviality.

The leaves of this Torpedo are rolled upside down. The tip of the leaf is therefore at the head of the cigar, which gives it a smooth and rounded chocolate flavour.

Raw, very animalistic notes, a sensation of passing through fields where the smells of hay and sunshine mingle. It gives off a very pleasant musky aroma.
When lit, the first notes are sweet. Very different from what we detected at first glance. The tasting promises to be very interesting.

All the components of this cigar are impressive. First of all, its San Andres wrapper. Hard to the touch and very dark, it offers a spicy, musky aroma. Next comes a Piloto Cubano binder, which adds a sweet note of vanilla and cinnamon, evoking our earliest memories of pastries. The filler is composed of five other tobaccos selected and blended by Adrien to give the mixture the balance and complexity of a great cigar.

The burn is even and a beautiful ash with regular layers forms at the foot.
The tasting continues on a fairly smooth note during the first third of the cigar. The aromas are pleasant and light.

The draw was rather light on my first puff, so after about 20 minutes, I decided to go a little harder in order to unleash the full potential of this cigar. No regrets (except for the ash, which didn't survive the guillotine)! With the draw now a little more airy, the cigar expressed itself more freely. The smoke intensified and the aromas evolved towards woody and nutty notes, and I rediscovered the animal and leather scents that characterised it before lighting.

After the first third, even more roundness and chocolatey aromas are added, counterbalancing the previous notes. These will dominate until the end of the tasting.

Notes

A two-stage tasting experience. Initially woody and light, the body develops into rich notes of cocoa nibs. Throughout the experience, the aromas are creamy and smooth.
