Drew Estate Tabak Especial Toraja
In the world of infused cigars, Drew Estate's Tabak Especial range has become a benchmark. With Tabak Especial Toraja, the Nicaraguan company offers an original variation that combines two styles from the range while showcasing a rare coffee: Toraja.
From the very first glance, the Tabak Especial Toraja stands out for its unusual appearance. Its wrapper is two-toned: most of the cigar is covered with a soft, light Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade, while the head is wrapped in a darker, richer Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper.
This visual blend also reflects its concept: combining the characteristics of Tabak Especial Dulce and Tabak Especial Negra in a single cigar.
Underneath this double wrapper is a Sumatra binder and Nicaraguan filler, the usual signature of Drew Estate products.
Toraja coffee, at the heart of the project
The name of this cigar refers to Toraja coffee, which originates from the mountainous region of Sulawesi in Indonesia. Grown at an altitude of around 1,500 metres, this coffee is renowned for its rich aroma and creamy texture.

The cigar anecdote
Toraja coffee is an important part of the ceremony surrounding the lives of loved ones who have passed away. Toraja cigars offer a respectful tribute to these traditions of sharing our living experiences.
