Discover the “crab croquettes” combo and its “West Tampa Devil Crab” cigar.
The Devil Crab symbolizes the essence of Tampa’s living culinary history. The Devil Crab croquettes originate from Tampa, Florida. Their creation aimed to reflect the culinary diversity of the Spanish, Cuban, and Italian immigrant communities who settled there. These immigrant communities laid the foundations for Tampa’s prosperous cigar industry.
The elongated shape of a Devil Crab croquette served as inspiration for the Figurado shape.
What Awaits You
The air is scented with spicy and slightly smoky notes, already announcing the pleasures to come. On carefully arranged trays, the Devil Crab crab croquettes reveal their golden, crispy crust. With each bite, you find the sweetness of crab, enhanced by spices inspired by the Spanish, Cuban, and Italian cuisines that shaped Tampa’s culinary identity.
Beside them, arranged in elegant boxes, the West Tampa Devil Crab cigars await their moment. Their Figurado shape, inspired by that of the traditional croquettes, intrigues and draws the eye. When the cigar is lit, an aromatic smoke rises, releasing woody, peppery, and slightly sweet notes that pair wonderfully with the richness of the croquettes.
