Chateau Diadem Conviction Half Corona
The tobacco leaves, carefully selected in Nicaragua and Ecuador, are dried with precision and then fermented several times. This rigorous process brings out the full richness of the colours, flavours and aromas. Under the supervision of the Master Blender and his team, each leaf is hand-selected to ensure impeccable quality.
The Conviction range is a genuine invitation to discover a complex and full-bodied cigar. Its flavour profile evolves as you smoke it, revealing deep notes of cocoa, coffee, earth and nuts. The result is a remarkable harmony between the strength of Nicaragua’s volcanic soils and the characteristic creamy smoothness of Dominican tobaccos.

Tasting menu
The tasting begins with the cutting of this elegant ‘pigtail’, a beautifully executed aesthetic finish. From the very first puffs, this small corona reveals delicate nutty notes. The initial flavour quickly evolves into a more roasted profile, dominated by aromas of coffee and nuts, which further enrich an already very appealing profile.
The power is well controlled throughout the track. It could be described as mid-range plus, with a slight boost in the mid-range.
The smoke, which is both rich and smooth, makes for a truly enjoyable smoking experience — a particularly welcome feature in such a short cigar.
Without any major changes, the cigar develops more character as you smoke it, with a subtle peppery note emerging halfway through, which subtly livens up the overall flavour.
Allow about 30 minutes to fully enjoy this half corona – it’s perfect with a coffee on a terrace or a drink in the sunshine.

About Chateau Diadem
Founded by two cousins from Geneva, Chateau Diadem joins the ranks of Swiss brands.
Created by Emily – a true epicurean and lover of fine dining – and Thierry – a long-standing aficionado and entrepreneur at heart – the cigars in their first range, “Conviction”, invite you to explore and reflect.
We had the pleasure of meeting Emily and Thierry from the Château Diadem brand. Emily Sahakian and Thierry Farah, both originally from Geneva, saw their ambition and determination become the driving forces behind the founding of a contemporary and daring cigar house, which is now thriving.
Inseparable friends since childhood, Emily and Thierry grew up in an environment heavily influenced by the world of cigars.
It is now with undisguised passion that these two cousins proudly carry the Château Diadem banner to Dortmund, and Emily confesses her fondness for the Lancero.
It was a great pleasure to meet these two enthusiasts, with their down-to-earth and authentic manner; their obvious camaraderie really touched us.
