Brun del Ré 1787 Rain Forest Lanza Lancero

Rainforest de Brun del Ré 1787 expands its line with an elegant Lancero format. The Lanza shines with a length of 197 mm and a diameter of 38. This Costa Rican puro is beautifully showcased in this format. The blend is composed of aged tobacco – exclusively from the Pérez Zeledón region – with fairly intense flavours.

We have rarely had such a long format in our selection. You can enjoy this one with your eyes closed: the burn and consistency are remarkable, reflecting the high quality of Brun del Ré cigars.

A format that promises an hour of enjoyment.

Tasting notes

The start is intense, beginning with an uppercut of spices, black pepper and wood. Very present during the first few minutes, the pepper notes gradually fade to give way to cocoa.

A subtle hint of cinnamon emerges towards the end of the first third. It adds a lovely roundness to the tasting experience.

This new facet will accompany us pleasantly until we remove the first of the two rings from this beautiful lancero. The aromas round out a little more to give way to a sweet praline.

The final third remains creamy and indulgent, with aromas of chocolate and toast.

A coffee, some cookies with large chocolate chips.

The spring sunshine gently caressing your shoulders, a Lanza… The late afternoon is at its most pleasant.
