El Septimo Gilgamesh Aqua Anu
The ring depicts the figure of Gilgamesh, also known as 'Bilgamesh' in Sumerian and 'Gilgamos' in Greek, who is closely associated with Dumuzi in the Sumerian poem 'Inanna's Descent into the Underworld'.
This cigar has a fat, even wrapper, with tobaccos aged for 10 years.
On the nose, notes of cedar and cocoa are very present, although they are only found to a limited extent during tasting.
In the first third, it has a strong earthy aspect, reminiscent of dry earth or even volcanic soil, accompanied by woody notes. The ash is fairly crumbly, but the smooth, pleasant draw delivers a full-bodied, flavoursome smoke with spicy notes.
In the second third, a salty edge begins to develop, still accompanied by a certain spiciness. Finally, in the last third, a hint of menthol can be detected.
In terms of culinary combinations, these cigars can be enjoyed with chocolate cookies or butter-rich biscuits to balance out their gourmet character.
