The lancero format chosen for this new arrival at Brun del Ré skilfully combines the power of Costa Rican tobaccos with chocolate and hazelnut flavours. A beautiful evolution throughout the tasting.
Rainforest by Brun del Ré 1787 extends its line with an elegant Lancero format. The Lanza shines with a length of 197 mm and a diameter of 38. This Costa Rican puro is beautifully showcased in this format. The blend is made up of aged tobacco - exclusively from the Pérez Zeledón region - with fairly intense flavours.
We have rarely had such a long format in our selection. You can enjoy this one with your eyes closed: the burn and the hold are remarkable, testifying to the high quality of Brun del Ré cigars.

Tasting note
Notes
It gets off to an intense start with an uppercut of spice, black pepper and wood. Very present for the first few minutes, the pepper notes gradually fade, giving way to cocoa.
A gentle hint of cinnamon appears towards the end of the first third. It adds a lovely roundness to the tasting.
This new facet will remain with us until we remove the first of the two rings from this fine lancero. The aromas become a little rounder, giving way to a sweet praline.
The final third remains creamy and delicious, with aromas of chocolate and toast.

A coffee, some cookies with large chocolate chips.
