ADVentura The Royal Return Queen's Pearls Robusto
A cigar as good as it is beautiful. Behind its pearl and gold band, savoury tobaccos. A gourmet tasting experience that subtly combines hazelnuts, leather, a hint of pepper and cereals in a creamy tone.
In the final instalment of this first chapter, our two adventurers ADV & Mac Kay return to Europe to deliver their gifts to the Queen.
And for a little pearl, here's a great one. This light-coloured robusto, whose tobaccos have been aged for 5 years before being rolled, offers a light, flavoursome taste experience.
Behind a metal ring (like the King's Gold presented last winter), you'll find a fine, tight Ecuadorian cape. When you remove it, be careful not to damage the leaf with the slightly sharp edges of the ring.
Tasting note
Notes
We're already delighted by the first nose. A little milk chocolate, some nuts and sweetness. The draw on this module is fairly airy. If you have a punch to hand, it will be more optimal than a straight or V-shaped cut.
Once it's lit, the first whiffs confirm what we detected earlier. The notes are sweet. Creamy and nutty.
The second third arrives quickly, with a slight increase in power accompanied by notes of leather and a hint of pepper. A certain sweetness remains in the background during our tasting. Towards the middle of the cigar, notes of earth and cereals make their appearance.
The development towards the end of the cigar is fairly linear. The creaminess and cereals continue to fill our taste buds.
