Quesada
Arriving in Cuba from Spain in the late 1800s, the Quesada family were initially strangers to tobacco growing. As bakers, they were one day paid a debt in tobacco, and that's how their story began.
Until 1974, their cigars were produced in Havana. This was the year they opened their first factory in the Dominican Republic.
Today, the 5th generation (Manolo, Patricia, Raquel and Esther) run the family business, which employs over 300 people.
