It was in Dortmund that the idea for Cigare 77 was born in the dreamy mind of Laurent Taha. During a meeting with two bikers on the Vegas de Santiago stand, he was struck by one fact: cigars have become much more democratic in recent years, their target audience has grown and diversified... but the product itself hasn't changed much.
