Barbarroja takes a darker, more aggressive turn in ADV & McKay's stories - it's about nothing less than world domination in the world of cigar enjoyment. This medium strength cigar comes in the usual ADV quality. Dark and spicy, with a superb note of nougat, accompanied by liquorice and enhanced by a pinch of black pepper.
The wrapper comes from San Andrés in Mexico, the binder from the Dominican Republic and the filler from Medio Tiempo in the Dominican Republic. The raw tobacco is aged for between 4 and 5 years, the cigars for between 4 and 5 months, then matured for a further 5 months in a maturing room.

Barbarroja is distinguished by the use of rare Medio Tiempo leaves, giving it marked strength and exceptional aromatic richness.
Le Medio Tiempo is a rare tobacco leaf that is much sought after in the world of cigars. It only grows on a small number of tobacco plants, at the very top of the plant, which naturally limits its quantity. Thicker and richer than other leaves, it gives the cigar more power, depth and aromatic complexity, with notes that are often darker, earthier, cocoa-flavoured and spicy.

The three sections have been designed to accompany the tasting of the three cigars on offer at the event.
