La Ley Mareva
A perfect format for a summer break on the terrace. The designers wanted to pay tribute to the Cuban cigar tradition: although the cigars are no longer rolled in Cuba, they are still made in the Cuban spirit, using exceptional tobaccos from prestigious regions such as Ecuador, Nicaragua and Honduras.
Tasting note
A small format with a warm character. Long-aged tobaccos give it a lovely roundness and a pleasant lingering finish.
The attack begins with lightly saline notes. The power remains constant, offering a fairly linear tasting that evolves subtly towards toasty, woody aromas.
The ash is compact, well structured and holds together perfectly.
The draught is rather firm; a straight cut is recommended to avoid any acidity during tasting. In the event of any drift, a slight degassing will restore balance.
Pairing
We really enjoyed combining it with a simple homemade lemonade, with a few fresh mint leaves. A perfect way to beat the summer heat.
