The cigar box subtly brings to mind a box of chocolates, offering a thoroughly nostalgic and deeply patriotic experience. Much like a Cailler chocolate, striking a balance between creamy and sweet, this cigar is definitely the perfect companion for the 1 August barbecues.

The smoke is fairly subtle, and the draw is easy and airy. The wrapper has a rustic, uneven texture, with a lovely light colour. A no-frills cigar, with a delightful nod to Swiss symbols: cows, mountains, red and white.

There won’t be enough to go round

Just 200 boxes were created by Omar de Frias as a tribute to Switzerland and to its cigar enthusiasts, and then produced at the renowned La Aurora factory in the Dominican Republic. Expect a smooth, creamy cigar offering lovely depth and a finely balanced flavour profile. The ideal cigar to celebrate 1 August 2026. 🇨🇭
