Use of personal data collected
Contact forms
When you send us a message via the website’s contact form, an email is sent to us. The personal data you provide is used solely for the purpose of contacting you in response to your enquiry. The data submitted is not stored on the website.
Cookies
If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be automatically deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to save your login details and screen preferences. A login cookie lasts for two days. If you tick ‘Remember me’, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. A cookie with a lifespan of one year is also placed on your computer once you have confirmed your age. This allows us to remember that you are of legal age and authorised to browse the site.

Use and sharing of your personal data
How long your data is stored
For ‘Blue Smokers’ who register on our website, we also store the personal data provided in their profile. All members can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of the username they use to log in). Our administrators also have access to this data if necessary.
Your rights regarding your data
If you have an account, you can request a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not apply to data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Terms and Conditions
Price
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. Packaging and handling costs are included in the prices shown.
Payment
The payment methods accepted may vary depending on your purchases and delivery method. The available options are displayed during the checkout process.
For payment by invoice, payment is due within 30 days.
For orders of pre-filled humidors, dispatch will only take place once payment has been received.
Delivery
Shipping charges may apply depending on your purchases and the delivery method chosen. These charges are displayed during the checkout process. We only ship our products to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Delivery is by post only. Delivery times for orders can vary between 2 and 7 days.
Subscriptions are delivered once a month, usually around the 20th. Orders must be received by us by the 15th to ensure delivery during the current month.
Age
The content of this website is intended for adults (aged 18 and over) who are resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The consumption and purchase of tobacco products are regulated by Swiss tobacco legislation.
Warranty and Liability
All orders are dispatched with care. Cigars are packed in airtight packaging (a zip-lock bag or humidor, depending on your order).
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cigars delivered, you have five days from receipt to request an exchange. We will process the exchange once the faulty goods have been returned and inspected by us.
If the goods are no longer available, a credit note may be requested for a future order. No refunds will be issued for cigars that have been smoked or returned outside their protective case (where available).
If the parcel is damaged, the recipient is responsible for reporting the damage to the Post Office within the specified time limit.
Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled provided it has not yet been processed by the Blue Smoke team. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Terms of cancellation
If you have a subscription, you will be notified at the time of your final delivery with a renewal offer.
The renewal price is the one stated on the subscription’s product page.
The subscription period is the one you selected at the time of purchase.
At the end of the subscription period, you will have the option to renew your subscription or not. You can enable automatic renewal in your customer account.
One-month subscriptions are renewed automatically. TWINT is the only accepted payment method.
Once renewed, it remains valid until the end of the selected period.
Pause
If necessary, the subscription can be paused for up to three months at a time.
Start date for subscriptions
When purchasing a new subscription, you have the option to start at a later date. To do so, please contact us by email at info@bluesmokespirit.ch, quoting your order number.
Unless you specify otherwise, your subscription will start with your current selection, subject to availability.
Form and validity
These terms and conditions come into effect on 1 January 2025 and supersede all other terms and conditions.
The Law of Obligations covers all other cases.
The place of jurisdiction is Sion (Switzerland), a fact of which the customer has been made aware.
