Together with Lars Ulrich, he co-founded the band Metallica, of which he is the iconic lead singer and guitarist. Finally, Rob Dietrich, as Master Distiller and Blender for BLACKENED Whiskey, orchestrates every aspect of production with unique precision and expertise. Together, these three visionaries combine their talents and passions to create a product that celebrates their dedication and artistry: the Blackened series.

The Blackened M81 cigar celebrates the dark, intense character of Maduro tobacco. Born from the passion and shared vision of Drew, Hetfield and Dietrich, this cigar embodies the art of craftsmanship and creativity. The M81 offers a rich flavour profile, blending deep notes of espresso, leather and dark chocolate, enhanced by earthy undertones and a hint of black pepper. With a medium to full-bodied strength, this cigar appeals to discerning connoisseurs seeking distinctive and authentic flavours.

Its wrapper, a Mexican San Andrés Maduro, is paired with a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, whilst the filler blend combines Pennsylvania Broadleaf and Nicaraguan tobacco.
