Horacio Pantera 54

Made from a unique blend of tobaccos from Nicaragua, Honduras and Paraguay, and wrapped in a silky Ecuadorian wrapper, the HORACIO Pantera appeals to beginners (particularly in this 54-ring gauge) as well as connoisseurs seeking rich, indulgent flavours.

Tasting notes

Meticulously crafted packaging, with attention to every last detail. As soon as you open the beautiful orange and white box, you can’t help but purr with delight. The cigar reveals prominent veins and a taut wrapper, a sign of the genuine care taken in its production.

Before lighting, it releases notes of cocoa and hazelnut. The airy draw produces a beautiful, dense white smoke, whilst the first puffs reveal notes of peanut. Notes of cedarwood and incense then emerge, elegantly enveloped by a lingering hint of chocolate.

Our panther remains refined and elegant: a measured power throughout the tasting, whilst the aromas gradually unfold to become richer and more enveloping.

Both the roll and the burn are excellent. The rich, full-bodied flavours pleasantly envelop the palate from start to finish.

Pairing

We enjoyed it with a cup of tea and some ginger lemonade, a combination that brings out pleasant hints of cardamom and coffee.
